We are currently seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, confident Marketing Director who is a team player with self-driven abilities and a multi-media design background. Candidate must possess strong, detailed skills in developing creative ideas and working in a fast-paced environment – No two days are the same! This position is very task heavy, and this candidate will enjoy graphic design projects that cover multiple platforms.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

• Designs, edits, and completes marketing tasks associated with, but not limited to; business materials, blog posts, print ads, brochures & business cards, email campaigns, website changes, social media posts, event materials, signage, advertising copy for various formats, promotional items, direct mail, TV commercials, photography, drone videography, radio, and outdoor advertising.
• Lead designer for all content across multiple platforms – online, TV/radio, print, social, outdoor, and promotional design objectives.
• Prepares marketing s by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
• Coordinates and completes content needed for various marketing projects that includes photography and videography.
• Collaboration with projects that require research and attention to detail.
• Assists with proofreading marketing collateral for spelling errors and accuracy.
• Supports and assists Sales staff and the Business Development Coordinator by providing content, lead s, and creating sales materials.
• Assists in event coordination and tradeshow planning – which includes establishing contracts, developing schedules, and coordinating giveaways.
• Attends and supports marketing events that might include late evenings and weekends if workers are needed. (Approximately 2-3 events per month)
• Monitors the marketing budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans for the future and identifying areas of improvement needed for the department.
• Manages spending for the department by coding invoices specific to advertising expenditures.
• Collaborates internally to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that can be utilized to improve processes.
• Website page creation and maintenance – Maintains current website and provides enhancements to improve google ranking, SEO/SEM etc. Knowledge of WordPress – updates, and adding pages, etc.
• Shoots and edits drone videos of in-progress or finished roofing and exterior projects.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

• 2-3 years of graphic design experience.
• Proven work experience as a Marketing Director preferred.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools.
• Familiar with SEO/SEM and online campaign projects.
• Associate degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience in marketing or advertising may be substituted.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Software – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Video editing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Windows PC (MAC platform not available)
• Ability to multi-task both large and small projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative and follow through.
• Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with shooting video content and video editing software
• Experience with Drone Videography
• Drone License or interested in achieving this license.
