SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are seeking a Social Media Manager for our Americas headquarters located on Park Avenue in New York City. This position is based out of our headquarters and for applicants in New York City, this is for a hybrid work model for applicants outside of New York City, this position will be remote. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for leading the brand’s social media presence, driving strategies to support business goals and will play a critical role in supporting the growth of the brand’s social media portfolio. The ideal candidate should be creative, ambitious, and detail oriented, with expertise in all social media platforms, paid digital advertising and experience using social media analytics and automation tools. The role provides a great opportunity to work with a team of thinkers and doers passionate about our brand and our network of sophisticated real estate professionals.

Responsibilities include

• Build brand awareness and positioning
• Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from beginning to end
• Collaborate in setting the strategic vision and define cohesive data-driven outcomes for the integrated marketing and growth organizations
• Instrumental in leading and mentoring junior team members across brand, creative, product marketing, performance marketing and customer lifecycle marketing
• Work closely with SVP of Marketing and Senior Director of Digital Marketing to determine annual goals and lead the development and implementation and execution of the marketing plan
• Lead all aspects of full-funnel marketing efforts including brand, creative, product marketing, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle
• Lead internal marketing tool and assets education modules and training

• Assist in the strategy, content creation and implementation of
• Advertising campaigns

• Plan and implement a strong plan for demand growth and ongoing engagement optimization; establish a culture of experimentation and measurement
• Strengthen brand narrative and voice for the company ensuring that key messages are integrated and consistent throughout all aspects of customer/partner experience
• Form a strong, collaborative partnership with the product, engineering, and operations teams to identify and implement new features and engagement programs and processes; ensure all connections are progressing through the funnel and ultimately converting
• proficient in training social media concepts in a small and large group setting
• Be a visible, collaborative leader across the entire organization
• Ability to lead both consumer and B2B strategies
  • Deeply understand who the customer is and what motivates them as well as who are franchisees are and what motivates them to deliver for our customers
  • Ensure the entire company is aligned around and inspired by our customer

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of leadership experience and is a strategic leader who inspires, challenges and elevates others
• Strong understanding of brand and performance marketing, and how the two work together
• Consistent track record in developing multi-channel, demand-gen programs, including setting and implementing strategy, developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budget levels, and measuring results
• Experience in creating data driven processes and leveraging statistical to run marketing experiments (e.g. A-B testing, performance tracking and dashboard management)
• Demonstrated capability to research/understand a market and its priorities, challenges opportunities, drivers and influencers
• An influential strategist who is also a hands-on leader who can get into the weeds and execute when needed
• Strong understanding of the shifting digital landscape and the key levers to drive growth
• Ability to handle deadline-driven pressure
• Ability to work across multiple teams
• Strong presentation skills
