This is a Full Time Position.

Schedule is Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Successfully complete training to become knowledgeable about the custom seat cover industry, production and policies.
• Respond in a timely and accurate manner to routine customer concerns, insure that the customer is treated in a respectful and professional manner.
• Enter data into computer for billing and scheduling purposes.
• Log information about customer service interactions into order; update in a timely and accurate manner so that associates are able to track service inquiries and resolution.
• Anything else deemed necessary

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Efficient time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed.
• Computer experience, familiar with Windows 10, as all orders are managed through our website and manufacturing software.
• Good communication skills to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization: peers, management and customers.
• Strong active listening skills: gives full attention to what others are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Positive work ethic, reliable and goal oriented.
• Problem solving.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 1 year of prior customer service.

• High School Diploma or GED
