As a Laboratory Referral Coordinator, you will :
1) be the first point of contact for patients requesting to schedule lab appointments.
2) be responsible to field incoming calls from new and existing customers. Answering their queries and providing the highest level of customer service.
3) Coordinate referrals with laboratories.

The ideal candidate should :
1) have at least 2 years experience working in a healthcare setting
2) be familiar with reading and interpreting doctors orders and referrals
3) have experience working in a high volume, busy medical practice.
4) experience in ordering lab tests is a plus

This is a full-time in-office position. You will be eligible for benefits, PTO and annual bonuses. Hours are Monday-Friday 8-5
