Summary/Objective:
We are seeking an entry-level motivated team player who can hold their own with a willingness to learn and execute as an integral member of a fast-paced, driven marketing team! From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with global company goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including graphic design, digital marketing, and social media. The digital content coordinator must be an organized multi-tasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines—positive attitude, sense of humor and adventure, a must!
Core Competencies & Responsibilities
· Support online activities, update digital communication platforms, including the company website, company intranet and help build awareness of brand/services via designated social media channels
· Coordinate, plan and help execute video production and photoshoots. Create shot lists, secure products/props, and catalog images to create a digital image library of all digital assets
· Maintain image library (continue to catalog all digital assets in one place with names and various formats to include previous and new images)
· Create, design, or photograph visual assets for company website, social posts, and editorial opportunities
· Review and edit visual assets such as flyers, presentations, and s
· Assist with designated tradeshows globally. Including working with show organizers, booth layouts, organizing packing and logistics.
· Collaborate with engineers and product specialists to gain an understanding of product features, technical specifications, and benefits of use to create content for assigned projects and latest industry product innovations
· Execute social media plan and calendar via targeted channels
· Maintain and author articles for internal employee SharePoint site (“BeltLoop”) company blog
· Collaborate with manager on tactics noted in Strategic Marketing Plan (includes digital/social media/ad plan and public relations)
· Assist with coordination of all tradeshow events (i.e. product management of sponsorships and vendor coordination; other duties as assigned)
· Assist HR with Internal Communications plans and events
· Distribute and assemble press kits/sales kits
· Assist with sales support and new product launch tactics
· Conduct market research, analyze data, identify trends and propose marketing strategy around achieving desired results

Qualified candidates will have:
