The Ecommerce Manager is a key member of Bargain Hunt’s Marketing and Online Team. Bargain Hunt Auctions is a direct-to-consumer online sales channel for Bargain Hunt. Bargain Hunt Auctions uses BidFTA.com as the primary auction platform to power its online business.
The Ecommerce Manager will work with the Chief Customer Officer and Director of Marketing to lead efforts to refine Bargain Hunt Auctions’ business and marketing strategies, increase weekly auction traffic, increase weekly bidder engagement, and maximize sales and profitability in the online channel. The eCommerce Manager will supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of an eCommerce Specialist in the execution of the key responsibilities outlined below.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy and ing:

• Assist in developing strategies and plans to increase online sales through improved customer experience, bidder acquisition, and ongoing bidder engagement.
• Prepare standard weekly s analyzing sales, traffic, and related performance metrics and provide associated insights.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience on BidFTA.com and BidFTA app.

Auction Marketing:

• Collaborate with marketing team to develop strategies and tactics to acquire bidders and keep registered bidders engaged.
• Work with marketing team to devise special or curated auctions/items and assist in executing approved auctions.
• Assist in developing and executing ideas to support the launch of new auction pick-up locations.

Listing Management:

• Assist in preparing and provide final review of product listings for auction items prior to going live.
• Identify systemic processing errors.
• Review scheduled auction items for potential over-supply issues and work with supply chain and/or stores as necessary to correct.
• Ensure that listings function normally by coordinating with BidFTA to add auction pick-up locations, set auctions live, maintain good standing, and trouble shoot technical issues.

Customer Service/Returns and Refunds:

• Respond to customer messages
• Manage returns process and refunds that cannot be managed at the auction pick-up center.

Specifications/Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing, as well as digital CX/UX.
• Experience with data, analytics, and ing tools.
• Solid experience with Excel including analysis and chart building.
• 2 years of eCommerce experience.
