Food Talent Network Hiring for VP HR at Miami, FL Full Time

Responsiblities:

• This is a “hands on” position that requires interaction and visibility with all levels of the organization. Lead policy development and execution in all areas including:
• Recruiting, on-boarding and managing recruiting vendors
• Employee relations
• Job evaluation and performance management
• Benefits and compensation management
• Records management
• Compliance training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years experience in manufacturing environment with multiple sites
• Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably in a director-level role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
