Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for Independent Contractors with ACS’s clients. This involves high volume, full life-cycle of sales and recruiting. A large portion of your day is spent on the phone, making dials.

ACS is a young sales office celebrating 10 years and growing rapidly in the education and healthcare world. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who has a desire to succeed, work well under stress, motivated by incentive sales and works well in a team environment.

Experience Needed For Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• High school at minimum
• Sales experience
• A desire to be in control of your career
• Fun personality with great communication skills
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn
• Comfortable on the phone; have the ability to talk and type
