Marketing Manager Position

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the innovation, organization and performance of all marketing services for Trinity Integrated Medical. The marketing manager plays a crucial role: aligning marketing services with the ever-evolving needs and services of our clinic(s). The role is highly collaborative, client-facing and requires a high level of experience and understanding across all marketing functions (both digital and traditional).

Performance Objectives:

• Understand and make strategic assessments and services available on media, design, copy, search engine, email marketing, social media, and paid search capabilities among other functions within digital and traditional media marketing.
• Test, , optimize, and analyze performance of multiple ads to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements in these areas
• Define metrics and analyze program success, track and forecast utilization growth and engagement
• Utilize the CRM to create effective customer service and retention strategies for marketing programs
• Develop and implement our business plan, policies and procedures to maximize our team’s capacity, program return on investment and retention strategies to customers
• Oversee the preparation, interpretation, and presentation of relevant analytical findings to direct
• Perform beta tests on new initiatives to validate performance and establish standard operating procedures prior to company-wide roll out
• Understand current and emerging trends in digital marketing, mobile marketing and automation

Capabilities/Key Competencies:

• Strong marketing and sales strategy or planning experience with business vision and ability to link marketing strategy and results to the business and its financial goals
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and decision making abilities
• Strong leadership skill, values, collaboration, and an inclusive work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to quickly build effective working relationships with diverse customers, colleagues and vendors
• Understanding of digital, traditional, social media and strategic marketing opportunities
• Highly proficient with computers and various marketing related technologies
• Phone skills are a must, converting leads to in-office consultations

Education & Experience:

• 3+ years experience in marketing, sales, and management

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Much time spent cultivating leads through automation
• Much time spent on phones, converting leads to in-office appointments
• This position will require minimal travel – up to 10%

Customers are screened with temp check, facemasks required when face to face with others, regular (all day) sanitizing between customers, weekly commercial disinfecting for COVID-19 regularly.
