We are looking for a customer service representative for our Service Call Center.. This person will be answering and making phone calls for our service department, setting up appointments, and following up on those appointments . The best people are those genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, positive, and passionately communicative. Their mission is to help the customer who is needing a service or maintenance of their vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Calls customers needing any type of service for their vehicle.
• Answer phone calls directed to the Service department.
• Sets appointments.
• Clarifies information about promotions or seeks answers to questions from those customers.
• Updates and checks on status of customer appointments.
• Follows up on inquiries and directs calls to individuals for answers.

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Able to positively handle any inquiry, and have active listening skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Requirements:

* Must be flexible to work some Saturdays. Closed Sundays.

* Will be scheduled 4 days @ 10 hour shifts
