Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to organization and punctuality.
• Keep schedule organized and up-to-date, attend all meetings on time, and communicate any scheduling conflicts in advance. (Please note that timeliness and reliability are critical qualities and tardiness or missed meetings may result in disciplinary action.)
• Meet with customers to assess their energy needs and provide them with customized solar system solutions.
• Create and present proposals to customers, outlining the benefits and cost savings of installing a solar panel system.
• Close sales and negotiate contracts with customers.
• Work closely with our installation team to ensure timely and efficient installation of solar systems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the solar panel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of solar panel technology and industry trends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for up to 50 miles at a time.
• Must possess a smartphone with internet connectivity and the ability to download and use relevant apps for communication and work purposes.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position, with a competitive commission rate for each solar panel system sold. You will be compensated only after the installation of the projects you sold.
