Procare Auto Centres Ltd is Looking For Automotive Repair Shop Foreman at Kelowna, BC Full Time

Local Kelowna family owned repair shop ( since 1977 ) requires a shop foreman to assist and supervise a group of repair technicians and liaison with our service advisors. Ideally you would be a Red Seal Auto Repair Technician and have an Inspector designation. You must have good English skills and be able to effectively give and write instructions, communicate with customers and service advisors and your shop staff. Good work and safety habits a must along with the ability to oversee work order flow and repair job allocation and quality control.

Ideally you know the repair business , how selling time works and monitoring time spent to find the right balance for profitability and quality of work. A positive attitude and great customer service would be in your DNA makeup. We have a strong customer base and pride ourselves in quality affordable repairs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $88,000.00-$96,000.00 per year
