Shifts Available :Friday 6pm-2am, Saturday 6pm-2am, Sunday 6pm-12am, Monday 6pm-12am.

you must be able to drive as there is no transit available after 12am in this area

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To provide all areas of the restaurant with clean, sanitized dishware on a timely basis.
• To maintain the dish area in a good state of organization, repair and sanitation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining quality and speed of output.
• Adherence to cost control guidelines

COMPETENCIES

• Ability to maintain sense of urgency, keep momentum.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
