Qualification/Responsibilities:

• Must have a High School diploma
• A current Medication Technician license in the state of NC is required
• Assist in distributing medications to the residents under the supervision of the nurse
• s any changes to the Nurse or designated charge person immediately
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as daily hair care, shaving, dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing/ undressing, and nail care
• Inventory and mark the residents’ personal possessions as instructed
• Transport residents to new rooms or to the receiving area
• Maintain intake and output records as instructed
