The ideal candidate

The only absolute requirement: must speak, read, and write BOTH Japanese and English fluently.

• +1 if you’re a part of Japan crypto communities and/or understand Japan gambling nomenclature.

What you’ll ACTUALLY be doing

• Help us translate things from English to Japanese. Things on our website, social media posts, brand assets, etc.
• Teach us about Japanese culture and help us incorporate that into our products, social media, designs, etc.
• Hop on chat support and help our Japanese users—resolving complaints and issues or communicating what you can’t help with quickly to our team.
• We expect you to take the initiative to be active in our Japan community of users. Look at everything from their perspective, their experience, and understand their needs and wants so that you can communicate those to us in English.
• Sometimes talk about what anime you’re watching or give us feedback on waifu designs (yes, we’re building an anime waifu game!).

What you can expect

• Ideally, you’ll come to the office in Prahran 5 days a week, but we’re flexible when you need to work from home.
