Slomin’s Inc., the nation’s largest privately owned home security company and residential heating oil provider is seeking part-time Remote Call Center Professionals.
Responsibilities primarily include taking inbound calls from our customer base. You will assist the customer with inquiries related to all aspects of their Slomin’s account (billing, troubleshooting, etc.).
Qualified candidates will be energetic, professional, possess customer service skills, and a desire to succeed. Candidates MUST have basic computer knowledge. 6 – 8 weeks of paid training from 8:00am to noon EST.

Call center experience preferred but we are open to individuals with the right attitude who are willing to work hard to learn what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
*Employee’s will work a 5 day work schedule. The shifts we are looking to fill, will be are as followed:
· 9:00am to 1:00pm EST
· 10:00am to 2:00pm EST
