Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our team in the Wenatchee, Washington region. As a Recruiter in the agricultural technology (AgTech) industry, you will play a vital role in supporting our US entity by identifying and attracting top talent. ing to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of HR to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies specifically tailored to the AgTech industry. Identify diverse sourcing channels and innovative recruitment methods to attract highly skilled professionals.
• Recruitment Process Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection. Ensure compliance with legal and internal guidelines throughout the process.
• Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and professional associations. Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications. Occasionally attend job fairs and industry events to proactively network with potential candidates and promote the organization’s employment opportunities.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide ongoing recruitment support. Collaborate closely to develop accurate job descriptions and candidate profiles.
• Candidate Evaluation and Selection: Conduct screening interviews, assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interview schedules, facilitate feedback sessions, and participate in final decision-making.
• Recruitment Metrics and ing: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and overall hiring success. Generate s and provide insights to the Director of HR for continuous improvement.
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system and other HR databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the AgTech industry or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
• Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Availability for occasional travel within the United States, if required.
