Our client is a global, strategic communications and marketing agency who specialise in assisting technology companies to build their reputation and stand out from the crowd. Offering their clients with insights-led, integrated communications and marketing solutions across several market categories, they aim to ‘change the game’ and be ambitious in their approach. Due to growth within the business, they are now looking to acquire the services of an Associate Director to drive the success of a portfolio of technology clients and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the business focus alongside client deliverables, sharing knowledge & insight with the team and the wider business in order to drive growth.
• Develop a strong understanding of the integration communications & marketing products and services available within the business, in order to consistently think outside of plans to give your clients new and exciting ideas for campaigns that will hit business objectives and grow accounts organically.
• Work with a wide network of influencers & digital content strategies in order to create the best campaigns possible.
• Oversee a portfolio value of £500k-£700k consisting of large names & challenger brands within the B2B tech space.
• Partner with a variety of business in order to drive growth & client delight.
• Engage your teams in how to craft their own strategic thinking, whilst creating innovative work for clients.
• Develop & maintain strong client relations, ensuring delight/satisfaction through deliverables.
• Successfully manage multiple projects at once whilst instilling clients with confidence and motivating your team.
• Manage team members on accounts and have direct line s with the B2B Tech team, inspiring them to reach their potential.
• Keep your Director regularly updated with team performance, client status & opportunities for growth.
• Active involvement in your team’s development & talent-mapping, identifying opportunities to help them grow.
• Successfully coach direct s.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience working within the B2B comms space.
• Strong experience within B2B integrated technology communications.
• Previous experience of resource & budget management.
• Experience of working with global brands and understanding the need for localisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong network of influencer contacts spanning across media, social media and wider stakeholders like analysts etc.
• Experience managing team capacity & hours with ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Ability work strategically & innovatively.
