What You Need
- Open to previous experience, sales experience does help with strong resilience and perseverance to achieve
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
- Business acumen, with a driven and self-motivated personality
- People skills – this is a people business and we put people first
- Ability to influence, learn and be teachable
- An inquiring mindset, keen to develop and extend yourself
What You’ll Do
- Step into a “warm desk” with established clients and candidates
- Manage the full end-to-end perm recruitment process, delivering the service we’re famous for
- Find great candidates, using our awesome tools & platforms
- Smash your individual activity and sales targets and be rewarded
What You’ll Get
- Generous base salary + Super + uncapped commissions (plus Qrtly and Annual incentives)
