Responsibilities:
– Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
– Dispatch technicians to jobsites to maximize efficiency.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely resolution of any issues.
– Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and maintain database integrity.
– Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or escalations in a timely manner.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies.

Skills:
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
– Proficiency in using phone systems to handle high call volumes and provide exceptional customer service.
– Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Multitasking skills a must.

Pay: $52,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
