Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
– Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and live chats in a professional and efficient manner
– Accurately enter customer information and orders into the system
– Assist customers with product recommendations, order tracking, and returns/exchanges
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
– Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures
– Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
– Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
