Coordinated Civil Management Inc Hiring for Foreman/Operator at Naples, ME Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Foreman/Operator to perform civil work installing communication sites and EV charging stations in the New England area. We typically run small teams of 2 or 3 and our team leaders need to be able to manage the job, act as liaison on site with customers and property owners, as well as pitch in to complete the work. The ideal team leader will be someone with at least 5 years of experience who can read plans, layout the pads or utilities for the site, coordinate material needs with the construction manager, and think through the project from start to finish. Must be able to teach and lead less experienced employees. Our team leaders must have experience on excavators, skid steer, and be a competent, safe driver capable towing a trailer. Skill in operating other equipment or having a CDL are both great bonuses and will be a factor in the starting pay. We offer a strong salary package based on your experience as well as great benefits. You will to work at our Naples ME location and travel throughout New England from there with your team. You will normally be on the road 4 nights per week returning on Friday night, we do not work weekends. You will enjoy company provided transportation, lodging in quality hotels as well as a generous meal allowance.
