TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

· Solving problems and communicating solutions to customers and training customers.

· Strong PC & writing skills essential.

· Previous networking experience preferred.

· Able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Detail and quality oriented.
