The Opportunity:

As a vital member of the leadership team, this role operates in a fully remote capacity and s directly to the CEO. The primary objective for this position is to foster significant, lasting growth and execute the company’s vision. You will play a critical role in identifying, resolving, and devising long-term solutions when issues arise.

Responsibilities/Skill Sets:

– Possess strong project management skills which encompass problem assessment, information acquisition, evaluation, and the development of sound, timely solutions

– Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with a wide-ranging audience including scheduling clients/customers, other support staff, officials from collaborating institutions, representatives, and vendors. **Must be detail-oriented and have strong follow-up communication skills.

– Oversee end-to-end project management while monitoring milestones and ensuring the team’s accountability through strategic organization

– Recognize challenges and direct the team towards appropriate solutions; promote constructive debate as well as diverse perspectives; foster innovation and creativity within the team

– Contribute recommendations for institutionalizing best practices and processes by creating measurement systems and evaluation tools that assist in real-time goal tracking and objective mapping

– Demonstrate self-motivation along with advanced interpersonal/leadership abilities to assume a proactive leading role

**This is a paid remote contract position that may require weekend availability on occasion.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

Manage day to day communication and google calendar scheduling between CSM and its clients, partners, agencies or vendors.

Work with CSM teams to coordinate projects from start to finish, ie: content shoot production.

Work closely with Sasha, the CEO, to produce assets and other deliverables required by clients, partners, agencies or vendors.

Assist in the creation and scheduling of marketing assets, promotional content, s, etc, for CSM

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
