Lucid Motors, a leading electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the VP of People. As an Executive Assistant HR, you will provide high-level administrative support to our HR executives and contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department.

You Will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between HR executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management and coordination for HR executives.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with the organization and coordination of HR events, including job fairs, conferences, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for HR executives as needed.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records, including HR documentation and benefits administration
  • Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives and projects
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by HR executivesRequirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or HR Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professionalism and strong work ethic


You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience supporting an HR leader in this capacity.
  • Experience working in the automotive or technology industry is a plus

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
  • California (Bay Area) – $108,000 – 150,000 per year

Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
