We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities:
