Midwest Disability Hiring for Call Center Customer Service Representative at Minneapolis, MN Full Time

Midwest Disability is a Social Security Disability law firm. We are currently seeking individuals to work in our call center as a client Intake Specialist.

Our Customer Service Representative / Intake Specialists are the first point of contact for our clients. They complete intakes with potential clients that assists us in determining if we are able to provide representation. They also explain to potential clients our firm services and give a general overview of the disability process.

Our goal is to hire individuals who are compassionate for the kinds of difficulties faced by our clients. The Social Security claims process can be frustrating and stressful, we do our best to ease our clients’ burdens by providing clear answers and information.

Hours, Compensation, and Benefits for Call Center Customer Service Representative:

• Compensation: $14.00/hour
• Monthly monetary Incentive program available
• Remote Work available after in office training period
• Various Shifts Available:
• 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm – Monday to Friday
• Paid long/short term disability, term life insurance, and 401k offered as eligible

Job duties for Call Center Customer Service Representative:

• Responds to high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
• Complete Intake with potential clients and explains firm services
• Multitask online evaluations while speaking on the phone
• General office duties include faxing, emailing, and data entry

Job Requirements for Call Center Customer Service Representative:

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred, not required
• Ability to communicate ideas and message to a variety of audiences
• Able to type minimum 30 wpm
• Salesforce experience a plus

Physical Demands and Work Environment for Call Center Customer Service Representative:

• Occasionally required to stand.
• Occasionally required to walk.
• Continually required to sit.
• Continually required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.

• The noise level in the work environment usually is quiet.
