• Coordinate and schedule truck drivers for timely deliveries

• Communicate effectively with drivers, providing directions and support
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during transportation
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet their specific transportation needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or transportation is a plus
• Proven experience as a dispatcher in the trucking industry
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS systems
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
