USR Holdings LLC Hiring for Admissions Coordinator at Pompano Beach, FL Full Time

USR Holdings is seeking dedicated, hardworking, and motivated Admissions Coordinators to work in our Admissions office located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for working directly with prospective patients/clients and families on inquiry/intake calls, and coordinating patient screenings and admissions. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, work well in a team-based environment, have strong computer skills, and most of all have a desire to help others.

We are currently looking to fill two different full time shifts:

1. Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday evening from 4pm-12am and Saturday/Sunday from 10am-6pm

2. Wednesday/Thursday/Friday evening from 4pm-12am and Saturday/Sunday from 10am-6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Answers inquiry calls efficiently and courteously
• Answers any questions callers may have that are of a non-clinical nature
• Completes inquiry call forms
• Coordinates, schedules, and performs prospective patient/client pre-screenings
• Completes pre-admission forms for all incoming patients/clients in EMR system
• Coordinates and processes all admissions to the facility
• Provide compassionate, knowledgeable answers to those with questions about treatment and the admissions process
• Responsible for obtaining demographic and financial information during inquiry calls
• Utilize software to verify insurance information online and review payment options
• Able to maintain confidentiality with each potential patient/client
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in mental health/behavioral health field is preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills

Experience:

• Prior call center/sales experience is required
• Knowledge of substance abuse and the recovery process is preferred
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred
• Knowledge of KIPU EMR and Call Tracking Metrics is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office365
