Erie Bronze & Aluminum Hiring for Sales Manager at Erie, PA Full Time

Erie Bronze & Aluminum Company, a worldwide producer of non-ferrous castings for the valve, compressor, glass container and defense industries has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager.

In this position you will learn all aspects of the foundry industry and become an integral part of the Erie Bronze & Aluminum team. Key responsibilities will include developing a complete understanding of our manufacturing process and capabilities, creating and maintaining customer relationships, and implementing pricing methods to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive market pricing. You will be responsible for managing and training the inside sales/customer service department to ensure all customers receive excellent customer service.

The Sales Manager will pursue additional sales opportunities through investigating and developing market research efforts to identify new markets as well as developing marketing concepts to promote our new capabilities. You will also oversee the Erie Bronze website and all aspects of online marketing.

The successful candidate for this position will possess a 4-year college degree plus have previous sales or customer service experience. Experience working with a manufacturing company is a plus.

This position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. In addition, strong math, verbal communication, and computer skills are a must. Experience using Google AdWords/Analytics, creating email marketing campaigns, and working with websites is also a plus. Successful candidate must pass pre-employment background, and drug screens.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
