Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
– Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including WordPress, email marketing, and print advertising
– Manage and optimize performance marketing efforts to drive customer acquisition and retention
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or services
– Lead copywriting efforts for marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and effective messaging
– Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track campaign performance and ROI
– Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
– Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar role
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
– Proficient in using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance
– Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for various channels
– Experience in budgeting and financial management for marketing initiatives
– Familiarity with HTML5 and web development principles is a plus
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
