Job Title: Freelance Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (Australia)

Compensation: $45-$60 per hour depending on experience, or pay per project.

Hours: Casual as needed, ability to produce artwork within 24-48 hours.

Company Description:

We are a fast-growing creative agency that specialises in serving brands within the Hotel, Hospitality & Events, and Health & Wellness industries. We are seeking an experienced Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to work remotely, under minimal supervision, and will be responsible for the design and creation of branded promotional flyers/posters and social media artwork for various brands.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create unique, visually appealing, and on-brand graphic designs for a variety of media including social media, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Director to understand the design needs and objectives, and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines, with the ability to produce simple artwork within 24-48 hours.
• Design promotional materials for weekly specials and events, such as concerts, dinner dances, parma nights, drink specials, etc.
• Design Social Media artwork templates for the team to edit.
• Maintain awareness of current design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven graphic designing experience, preferably within the Hospitality and Health & Wellness industries.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
