About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Retail Business Analyst join our Retail Markets team on a 12-month fixed term contract. ing to the Manager – Retail BAs, you will drive change through the workshop facilitation, process mapping, and detailed discovery of technical and non-technical requirements and support the successful build and deployment of a range of Retail change.

Duties:

• Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders and external consultants in coming up with a process classification and documentation framework
• Perform Process discovery in collaboration with various business divisions across the Retail Domain using fit for purpose methodologies.
• Design and Document Process Models in a hierarchical fashion (Level 1 to Level 4) by leveraging the framework and utilizing process modelling tools.
• Ensure process models are relevant, up-to-date and a true reflection of the current state.

Skills and experience:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant with expertise in Process Modelling/Design or Business Process Improvement in complex environments
• Experience with Energy Retail Industry across multiple domains
• Experience in Network Reconciliation and Assurance (beneficial, but not mandatory)
• Experience using Process Modelling Tools E.g., Nintex
• Excellent analytical abilities with a focus on attention to detail, enabling the understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Advanced communication skillset with the ability to tailor presentation style, format, and level of detail to the audience.
• Superior influencing skills, including highly developed written and verbal communication.
