Shokohi Wealth Management Hiring for Customer Service Associate at Remote Full Time

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service associate to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. Compensation:

$21- $29 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge
• Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot
• Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary

Qualifications:

• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
