Princesscraft RV Hiring for Inventory Specialist at Round Rock, TX Full Time

Princess Craft RV is a national leader in lightweight trailers and truck campers, striving to offer extraordinary customer service in all areas of our dealership. In your role as inventory specialist you will be responsible to track receipt of our campers, record all data in our accounting system, troubleshoot anything that arrives incomplete and answer and route phone calls throughout the dealership. You will also partner with the Sales Team to ensure customers receive their orders as promised. Additionally, you will be trained to provide backup support to the Accounting and Finance departments. This includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, and working directly with customers to make recommendations on financing and additional financial products.

Job Requirements:

• RV Experience NOT required
• Excellent communication abilities
• Intermediate computer skills
• Attention to details a must
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Bookkeeping or financial background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet all customers visiting Princess Craft
• Assist customers while at the dealership to make them feel comfortable
• Input all RV orders into inventory software
• Track ordered, arrived and sold units in the computer system
• Maintain filing system for RVs
• Assist as needed with inventory checks and other administrative needs
• Coordinate customers and paperwork as needed for sales staff
• Support the sales staff with any tasks, as needed, that would facilitate sales or improve customer satisfaction
• Backup Finance and Accounting departments as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
