Anu Family Services, Inc Hiring for Office Assistant at Eau Claire, WI Full Time

Anu Family Services is seeking a part-time Office Assistant in its Eau Claire office to support our continued growth! Anu is seeking someone who enjoys using collaborative efforts to maintain the organization of client records. Excellent communication and organizational skills are keys to success in this role, and the ideal candidate will be competent and excited to learn and implement new office technology. This position is a part-time, Eau Claire office-based role approximately 8-12 hours per week within our regular business hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Anu is looking for positive, adaptable, detail-oriented candidates who demonstrate the following:

• Skills in utilizing advanced features and functions within Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Forms, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) to optimize productivity and streamline processes
• Familiarity with additional software applications commonly used in office environments, such as Adobe Pro, Zoom, and other relevant tools
• Ability to communicate clearly, tactfully, and effectively in verbal and written formats with people of diverse cultural perspectives
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with client and employee data and proprietary information
• Willingness and ability to work as a team member with Anu Family Services, Inc’s employees, county partners, and clients

AGENCY OVERVIEW

Anu Family Services offers family-centered, trauma-informed services to clients throughout Wisconsin. The Community Programs at Anu are Parent Coaching, Individualized Trauma Services, Community-Based Flexible Support, and Youth Coaching. These services are primarily funded through County, Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS), and Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) contracts and require specific documentation and billing procedures. Anu’s direct service providers and supervisors are home office-based, supported by an incredible team of office-based administrative professionals.
