Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Customer Support specialist to join our fast-growing support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers who use our security camera software and related hardware. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering world-class customer support.
Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our security camera software and related products
· Assist customers with installation, configuration, and setup of our security camera software and products
· Diagnose problems and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
· Escalate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
· Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures
· Stay up-to-date with the latest security camera software and related products and technologies
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
· 2+ years of experience in a technical customer support role
· Strong technical background with experience troubleshooting security camera software and related products
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures
· Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering world-class customer support
· Experience with SaaS companies and cloud-based software is a plus
