About Us:

Equis is an investment firm focussed on greenfield development and M&A in the renewable and alternative energy sector in the Asia Pacific region. In 2018, Equis sold our original investment platform to Global Infrastructure Partners for US 5bn, currently the largest ever recorded renewable energy focussed exit for a private equity firm. Equis further raised USD 1.25bn from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in 2020 and established Equis Development. The investment team is looking to hire interns, with the opportunity for high performing individuals to join Equis on a full-time basis.

What you will do?

Your responsibilities as an intern at Equis will include but are not limited to the following:

• Undertake industry and market research to support the development of investment strategies or identify / screen transaction opportunities.
• Undertake quantitative analysis and basic financial modelling guided by senior members of the Investment Team.
• Assist in the preparation of internal and external presentation materials and other documents
• Review key project s and transaction documents.
• Support development and asset management functions.
