Due to this strategy a new role has been created for a FP&A Analyst to work closely with the senior leadership team and cross functionality with the business to drive growth and performance.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing finance team, where your finance experience, commercial acumen and business partnering skills will drive the business to its next phase of growth. As the financial planning & analysis expert, you will partner closely with the senior leadership team to provide insights and recommendations that will drive the commercial ambitions of the group.
Your deep understanding of business drivers, together with strong commercial acumen, relationship building, financial modelling, influencing and communication skills will enable you to speak up and provide a persistent challenge to senior management, enabling business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You are qualified accountant (CA/CPA) with at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Group FP&A role. You ideally have solid foundations from a Big 4/mid-tier-chartered firm before progressing into commercial. You possess strong experience working cross functionally with business unit heads to provide insights, with the ability to translate the numbers into improved business results in a non-financial environment. You have extensive experience within FP&A and have led and owned a full budget and forecast process from end to end.
