The talent acquisition specialist is responsible for collaborating with the HR Director to meet the staffing needs of the agency and forecast future hiring needs. The selected candidate will attract talent using various sources, such as social media networks and employee referral programs.
Responsibilities include:
Highly qualified applicants will have an associate degree in human resources or business administration with relevant work experience; an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered. Your ability to develop collaborative relationships will help you stand out, and you will love to work independently as much as part of a team dedicated to supporting our employees.
