The ideal candidate for this role will be equipped with a strong background in helpdesk support, which will serve as a solid foundation for providing efficient and effective assistance to our esteemed clientele. Alongside their impressive helpdesk expertise, the successful applicant will also showcase a comprehensive working knowledge of key technologies such as Office 365, Windows, and Active Directory. Their proficiency in these areas will enable them to swiftly navigate complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and devise innovative solutions that cater to the unique requirements of our clients. Furthermore, the candidate’s familiarity with Basic Windows Server operations and their sound understanding of network troubleshooting will prove invaluable in maintaining the integrity and optimal performance of our clients’ IT infrastructure. WHAT YOU NEED…

• Windows Server.
• Office 365 administration.
• Active Directory.
• Windows Operating Systems.
• Previous experience of working in a support environment.

WHAT IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE….

• ITIL Certifications.
• Previous experience in a MSP environment.
• Good problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
• A solid knowledge of networking.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
