All Pro Health Care Solutions is seeking a Coordinator to manage administrative tasks (recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, training, client and staff resolution, interface with payor sources) in the Sacramento area (Roseville branch). The preferred candidate will have experience preferably in homecare, medical, rehabilitation or behavioral environments, however, this is not necessary; we provide on the job training. The ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced office, be organized and have caring and compassionate communication skills is necessary to succeed in this role. Salary commensurate with experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting candidates, as well as scheduling clients and services. We are looking for a high energy, quick learner who is both computer savvy and a self-starter.
