We’re looking for a dynamic, fun and engaging individual to join our team as a senior recruiter. In this role you will work with our existing recruiting staff to help us grow our agent population to meet the needs of our existing lead generation contracts with companies like Zillow and Realtor.com. While you do not need any prior experience within the real estate industry, a strong willingness to learn along with an understanding of social media (because real estate agents tend to live on FB and IG instead of places like LinkedIn) will be important parts of your success. It is impoertant to note that this is an IN-PERSON position based out of our Chelmsford, MA office and we will not consider remote or hybrid options. While we do have a robust lead generation program in place for potential recruits, you must be comfortable making phone calls and engaging in sales conversations with cold reach out along with role playing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to develop innovative strategies to identify and attract the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen and evaluate candidates, conducting phone interviews, and scheduling in-person interviews.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish- nurturing long term relationships.
• Develop relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other sources of potential candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
