Our organization is looking for an Outreach Specialist to join our team. This talented and eager individual will help us to reach out to news, TV, and publishing websites where we might place our articles. The ideal candidate will have experience in phone sales, email communication, processing SEO and backlinking, and excellent verbal and written English skills.

This position requires a creative, organized individual who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment. The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for creating content, managing campaigns, and tracking results to ensure that our outreach efforts are successful.

General Responsibilities:

• Outreaching to news outlets and magazines to broker deals for article publishing
• Build relationships with outreach target websites and create win-win partnerships
• Demonstrate advanced backlink analysis skills
• Manage our team of list builders and provide new assignments / detailed instructions to list builders, respond to questions, and suggest improvements as needed
• Keep records of site performance along with project status s
• Continually improve the process to identify targets to pitch qualified candidates

Outreach Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality and effective outreach at scale to a list of qualified opportunities based on campaigns, production schedules, and internal and client performance targets
• Maintain CRM, and update prospect accounts based on different stages of link acquisition
• Identify best practices for scripting, cadence, follow-up methods, etc., and apply them to future initiatives to improve link acquisition rates
• Ensure outreach adheres to the 3S code of conduct and is consistent with 3S branding and marketing guidelines
• Build relationships with outreach target websites and create win-win partnerships

Mandatory Requirements

• Proficient in English
• At least one year in an SEO role
• High-velocity outreach experience
• Highly effective communication skills
• Strong experience in using Ahrefs
• Ability to analyze data and measure effective performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8.00 – $10.00 per hour
