Summary:
As the Social Media Coordinator, this individual will support Sales and Marketing in promoting the Matrix brand, building brand awareness, supporting sales initiatives, and engaging customers in creative ways. The Company’s Instagram account will be a primary tool. The individual will also be expected to use other social media platforms, when possible, including the
Company website, to further build brand awareness and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
· Administratively support the management team with completing day-to-day operations tasks and special projects.
· Write, review, edit, and update content for social media.
· Monitor social media metrics and results to GM and Sales and Marketing team.
· Create strong, relevant, engaging content.
· Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints in a timely manner, and to promote company initiatives appropriately.
· Review feedback and receive approval for all messaging and posts from Sales and Marketing team.
· Follow all Company policies and applicable regulations regarding social media platforms and marketing.
· Support sales and administrative team with daily tasks and assignments.
· Attend company events and/or other community events to capture content and media.
· Monitor and correct all online menus, and platforms for content accuracy and consistency.
· Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
· Demonstrate capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
· High level of proficiency with MS Office products.
· High level of proficiency and understanding of social media trends.
· Knowledge of auditing, forecasting and scheduling preferred.
· Knowledge of cannabis flowers, concentrates, and edibles preferred.
· Ability to work varied times, including weekends and holidays.
· Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally, bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
Computer Proficiency:
· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and photo editing
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to sit in front of a computer for extended periods of time.
· Ability to stoop, bend, push, pull, lift and reach occasionally.
Typical Working Conditions:
· Manufacturing environment with moderate to loud noise level.
· Associates will be exposed to normal chemicals found in a crop production facility (i.e. fertilizers and pesticides).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
