Position Summary

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Business Development professional to join our team!As a Business Development expert, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your infectious energy and persuasive communication skills will be key in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and requirements
• Develop strategic plans to target new business opportunities
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within prospective companies
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
• Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular s on sales activities, pipeline, and results
• Manage customer service issues and provide ongoing support to clients
• Participate in industry events
• Develop partnerships and host events

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
