We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing customer service and technical support, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and work well under pressure, and have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to handle difficult customers with professionalism.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Be knowledgeable about the company’s products and services.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date on product and service information.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
