Identity Services Engineer – Information Services – Midtown

The individual in this position will operate and maintain the Information Security team’s portfolio of Identity Management, Password Management, and medical credentialing applications. They will be responsible for the application integration, implementation of role-based access control, data analytics, generation, incident investigation/remediation, server administration, and developing best practices. In addition, they will partner with peers across Information Security, the Medical Staff Office, business relationship managers throughout NewYork-Presbyterian, and teams from Columbia & Cornell to further Identity use cases.

The Identity Services Engineer will be based out of our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan, but may required to travel to our other NYP sites. This is a full-time position from Monday-Friday during normal business hours. Hybrid work options are available.

Preferred Criteria:

• Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP) Training
• Functional and practical experience with scripting and automation techniques

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline; or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of technical experience in an IT related field
• Knowledge and experience with credentialing and physician information systems
• Strong organizational skills

$96,500-$127,000/Annual
