Ideal Teams Hiring for Front Desk Coordinator at Newton, MA Full Time

Responsible for greeting practice members, answering phones, making appointments, and accepting payments. As well as creating, managing, and explaining patient care packages to patients. We are looking for a fun, hard-working, success-minded person who oversees all aspects of clinical practice member management, is cross-trained in all aspects of office operation, and assists in holding practice members accountable to their goals.

No previous experience is needed, all training will be provided.

What you will do

Our Practice is offering an opportunity to showcase your customer service and organizational skills as a full-time Front Desk Coordinator in our office. We are looking for a positive person with great people and communication skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare. Excellent relationship-building skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality. You will be responsible for creating a warm and hospitable environment in the reception area, making and rescheduling appointments, answering phones, managing payments due/past due, managing patent case files, and explaining treatment plans to patients.

• Creating and managing patient care packages and reviewing financial obligations with patients

What you need

• Two-Year degree or more is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Windows is preferred
• Be able to take charge and be willing to follow rules
