You’ll work directly with the Global Future Talent (GFT) team within Talent Acquisition, focusing on university recruiting as well as program coordination and building candidate pools across transitioning military and veteran programs like Skills Bridge.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and manage s in Excel, screen candidates for employment, coordinate in-person and virtual recruiting events, work with external vendors on shipping logistics and tradeshow supplies, develop presentations and key communications (including social media posts), and provide support to unique TA projects. Working within our highly collaborative team, we’ll provide you with professional growth opportunities to hone your skills and develop strategic relationships across our organization. You’ll tap into both your creative and analytical sides in this fast pace, immersive opportunity.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $85,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
